Customer Advocate Intern

Our mission is to help drivers everywhere better understand their vehicles. We are disrupting an industry by changing how people maintain their vehicles by connecting them with the parts, services, and knowledge needed to solve their problems.

FIXD currently serves thousands of customers per day and we need your help making sure these customers are receiving best-in-class service! The day-to-day work for our Customer Advocate intern will include handling phone, email and social media consumer interactions.
