Entry Level Business Analyst

Overview

 Experient Group is looking to add multiple entry-level business analysts to our rapidly expanding consulting team based in Atlanta. We are looking for recent college graduates from a four-year program with a MIS or technical degree, preferably with 1-2 years of related work experience, but recent graduates with a strong academic record will be considered. Candidates should be self-motivated, willing to learn, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.  Positions are available starting immediately.

 Key job functions:

 Specific responsibilities for this position include:

  •  Identify business needs and determine technical solutions to business problems.
  •  Resolve customer issues by researching inquiries, interacting with customers, identifying root causes and taking appropriate action to correct. 
  • Provide resolution steps to technical team(s) if unable to resolve directly. 
  • Meet with client team(s) to identify business needs and assign priorities. 
  • As skills and customer knowledge increase become more self-directed and independent and serve as a resource to others.

  Skills and Experience: 

  • Required
    • A strong record of academic accomplishment and 4 year college degree.
    • Some coursework in a Computer Science or technology related field.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Ability to work well within a team.
    • Passion for learning and a passion for solving business problems with technology.
  •  Nice to Have
    • Knowledge of programming languages.
    • Knowledge of database technologies.
    • Technical writing experience.
    • 1-2 years of experience working in a related field.

  •  Additional Information:  position in based in Atlanta, GA, and no relocation assistance is available.
