Marketing & Sales Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing various projects and processes. This position requires close collaboration with the sales, recruiting, and operations teams to ensure that our website, proposals, collateral, and other communication accurately reflect the Premier Brand.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Assumes responsibility for the accurate and efficient performance of all Marketing and Consulting support functions 

  • Handle inbound traffic via the website, call-ins, email, etc.

  • Write and maintain content and provide monthly updates to Premier Consulting Website

  • Work with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and references

  • Assist with the writing, delivery and tracking of collateral

  • Work with operations teams to gather content for marketing collateral

  • Utilize Salesforce to track activities, update prospect data and competitive information

  • Support marketing campaign follow up

  • Conduct market research on our services, target market, and competitors to facilitate sales efforts

  • Take part in preparing for state and national trade shows as needed

  • Work to format proposals, presentations, and reports to maintain brand consistency

  • Create, design and manage consulting campaigns, such as triweekly email blasts

    • Email automation through Marketo

    • Contact management through Salesforce

  • Assist with managing and updating Premier Consulting Website

  • Assist with creation, ordering, and dispatching Case Journals periodically

  • Execute and analyze results of marketing campaigns and advertisements

  • Execute special projects focused on marketing, lead generation, and recruiting

  • Manage additional marketing activities, as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification: 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Other Marketing-Related Field                                  

Required Knowledge:      

Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)   

Excellent Written Communication Skills

Creative Design Experience Preferred

Coding Experience a Plus, but Not Required                          

Skills/Abilities:                 

Ability to effectively utilize the internet and cloud-based programs

Basic understanding of Adobe Suite

Basic understanding of search engine optimization

Exceptional verbal, written, communication, phone and multi-tasking skills

Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) is a PLUS
